Let's dispense with anything unnecessary. Sizemore, Hafner and Martinez against Mauer, Cuddyer and Morneau, straight up. Each team just gets these three hitters in rotation, hitting against the full defensive compliment. Ghost runners are allowed and advance in proportion to the bases picked up by the hitter. Also, the pitcher will just have a bucket of balls every inning, so we don't have to "waste" time by having the catcher stand and throw the ball back.
Let's get it on.
