2009 - Justin Verlander 3-2 7 7 1 1 0 0 44 38 25 22 3 14 56 4.5 1.18

The Twins need to force Justin Verlander to make a lot of pitches and wait for their pitch, because he's tough. And he's been especially tough lately, with an OPS against of below 300 over the last 14 days.

Scott Baker seems to be coming around of late after struggling to regain his velocity with shoulder stiffness in spring training that persisted into the early part of the season. In his last outing, he shoutout the Mariners through seven innings. Twins fans hope he can duplicate that against a dangerous TIgers line-up.
