Starting Pitchers

2009 - Scott Baker 4-6 12 12 0 0 0 0 74.2 72 45 44 15 12 62 5.30 1.13

Baker has turned his season around. In his last five starts, he's 3-1 with a 3.5 ERA 0.861 WHIP an 8.3 K/9 and a 16.5 K/BB ratio covering 36 innings. If his rate stats hold up tonight, that outta be plenty good against the 'Stros.

W-L G GS CG SHO SV BS IP H R ER HR BB K ERA WHIP
2009 - Brian Moehler 3-4 10 10 1 0 0 0 50 70 37 37 9 13 31 6.66 1.68

After beating the Astros Ace last night, the Twins look to take it to the dregs of the Astro's rotation. Expect some offense against Brian Moehler. Right handed batters ave a 1.16 OPS off him. He has not pitched well of late. In the last 14 days, he has surrendered a 1.192 OPS against. Brendan Harris, Michael Cuddyer, Delmon Young, and Carlos Gomez should feast off this guy.

Interesting choice of Busher for Crede when righties are hitting .246 off this guy. I wonder if Crede's back stiffened up. Otherwise, line-ups look very similar to last night.
