Game 72: Minnesota Twins @ Milwaukee Brewers

First Pitch: 7:05pm CDT
TV: FS-N
Radio: Twins Radio Network
Know Thine Enemy: Brew Crew Ball

It's my brother's birthday tomorrow, and he'll be in Milwaukee catching part of the Twins-Brewers series before heading to St. Louis and Chicago. I'm not jealous. I just want to chop him in the neck and wish him a happy birthday.

And I'm also jealous.

Lineup

Minnesota Twins @ Milwaukee Brewers

06/23/09 8:05 PM EDT

Minnesota Twins Milwaukee Brewers
Carlos Gomez - CF Jason Kendall - C
Brendan Harris - SS Casey McGehee - 2B
Joe Mauer - C Ryan Braun - LF
Justin Morneau - 1B Prince Fielder - 1B
Michael Cuddyer - RF Corey Hart - RF
Joe Crede - 3B Mike Cameron - CF
Delmon Young - LF J.J. Hardy - SS
Nick Punto - 2B Bill Hall - 3B
Francisco Liriano - P Jeff Suppan - P

With Span returning on Thursday, Gomez is getting at least one more shot to lead off, sandwiched between Young and Cuddyer in the outfield; no sign of Kubel. Hopefully he'll be available off the bench later in the game. The 2 - 6 hitters will need to get their jobs done today, because contributions from the other four will be a crap shoot as usual.
