Game 128: Texas Rangers @ Minnesota Twins

First Pitch: 7:10 CDT
TV: FSN
Radio: AM 1500 & TRN
Know Thine Enemy: Lone Star Ball
Patron Saint: Toby Harrah
Best French Fries in St. Cloud, MN: Val's Rapid Serv
I hesitate to write this, because the Twins may have made another acquisition as I was looking for a good picture of Toby Harrah's glorious, late-'70s mustache. But for now, it appears that things have settled down a bit, and as of now we can welcome Ron Mahay and Jon Rauch to Uncle Andy's Bullpen Factory. (Peep the details in the stories below this nonsense, courtesy of Jesse.)
However, you'll note that neither of those fellows are starters, meaning we're left with what we're left with. So...

Dear Brian,

5 innings, 3 runs or less. That's all we're asking. Please consider it. Anything better than that, Twinkie Town's Jon Marthaler can maybe arrange for you to get the key to the city of Ortonville. We're all about motivation here.

Known as "Canada's Country Gentleman," Tommy Hunter was a fixture on Canadian television as the host of The Tommy Hunter Show. He wa--pardon me, wrong Tommy Hunter. The Tommy Hunter pitching tonight has already notched an 8-5 victory against the Twins on August 17th. Lefthanded batters have a .275 BA and .850 OPS against him, while he's been much tougher on righties. The Twins have Joe Mauer, Justin Morneau and Jason Kubel. Perhaps they should hit the ball hard against him.

Crede-less lineup below:
