As expected, the Yankees have been selected for as many prime-time games as possible, and so the Twins will begin their playoff campaign under the Target Field lights. Minnesota's postseason rotation is more or less set, with the New York staff much more in flux - beyond Sabathia in Game 1, there's no telling which direction the Yankees might go.
The weather forecast for the Twin Cities looks more like late August than early October, with plenty of sun and highs in the low 70s predicted for Wednesday and Thursday. Preseason concerns about snowstorms interrupting the ALDS look to be, so far, baseless.
