Tomorrow, the hated Yankees come to town (seven words that would belong on any one of the SB Nation MLB blogs, incidentally, except for Pinstripe Alley, I suppose.) Over the past ten years, the Twins have been owned by the Yankees; the Bronx nine is 50-24 against Minnesota over that span. If you translated that out to a 162-game season, you could say that over the past decade, the Twins have been a 53-109 team against the Yankees. That is... truly awful.
Throw in the obvious have vs. have-not dimension of the series and the arrogance that the Yankees, and especially their fans, typically bring to the table, and it's safe to say that most Twins fans pretty much hate the Yankees.
New York's in town for their first three games at Target Field. The poll / discussion: are the Yankees the team you'd most like the Twins to beat, or do you reserve your hatred for another team?
