This Game Will Actually Be Played: Tampa Bay (11-11) @ Minnesota (9-12)

First Pitch: 7:10 pm CT
TV: FSN
Radio: Twins Radio Network/TIBN
Know Thine Enemy: DRays Bay

Whew. Quite a break from baseball, eh? Two days is a long time...it does look like the weather will stop being miserable long enough for the Rays and Twins to get their game in, though, and hopefully stay not-miserable so they can play their double header tomorrow.

The Twins are on a nice little win streak, winning their last 3 games. Hey, I did say it was a little win streak...

Tonight, they take on Tampa Bay at home in Target Field (also known as 'Tundra Field' tonight-brr!). Pitchers, lineups, and notes after the jump.

I have a final tonight, so I'm not giving you guys as much pitcher information as normal, sorry. My mind is flooded with American authors and their depressing short stories, novels, and poems. Fun!

The Rays:

Wade Davis

#40 / Pitcher / Tampa Bay Rays

Let's just hope for "really hittable Wade Davis" tonight, I guess.

The Twins:

Francisco Liriano

Let's hope for the Liriano that doesn't freak out on the mound and keeps his team in the game. At least, that's my hope for tonight. A four game streak sure does sound nice...

Notes
-Delmon is back in the lineup! This is good news, and should help the offense even more.
-Morneau is DHing, so Cuddy has moved over to 1B. I'm much more comfortable with him here, and it gives Thome another day to rest his PAUL FUNYUN bat.
-It's going to be pretty cold at Target Field tonight...if you're going, make sure you drink lots bundle up!
