Pitchers, lineups, and notes after the jump.
Minnesota
Carl Pavano has thrown pretty well his past couple starts, and the Twins look to him tonight to continue the trend of excellent starting pitching that's been taking place the past few weeks. Pavano has had some success over the White Sox while with the Twins, though the Sox have hit him pretty well. Seven guys in the lineup have hit over .300 against Pavano over the past two years, and Paul Konerko has just owned Carl, hitting .692 off him (though Konerko seems to hit pretty well of anyone, so...). The one good thing that could continue tonight would be Carlos Quentin's 0-fer streak against Pavano. Right now, he's sitting at 0-for-10, with 3 strike outs. Something to look forward to!
Chicago
Over 82 innings, Floyd has a 5.27 ERA with 27 walks, 63 strikeouts and 15 home runs allowed, easily the most any opponent has hit off him. It's no surprise Twins hitters have a .509 slugging percentage off Floyd, who has also allowed the most doubles of any opponent against the Twins.

Notes
-Basically our entire Opening Day lineup has been on the DL now, save for a couple players. Bad luck much?
-Joe Mauer, Tsuyoshi Nishioka, Kevin Slowey, Delmon Young, Jim Thome, Denard Span, and Jason Kubel should all be back...soon. Look at that list again. Jesus.
-Chuck Knoblauch is on twitter. For real. Rumor has it that if you say his name three times, he pops up, just like Candyman and/or Beetlejuice. #FeartheKnobby
