Twins Player of the Game: June 6, 2011

The Twins have picked up another game on the first-place Cleveland Indians on the heels of last night's 6-4 victory. Jon has your recap in full, but suffice it to say the Twins had a few more bounces go their way today. Wild pitches, superb execution on a suicide squeeze by Drew Butera, a big two-run single from Matt Tolbert and a little jab-and-weave work from Scott Baker means the Twins have now put together five wins in a row.

Your candidates for Player of the Game are...

Matt Tolbert: 2-for-4, 2 RBI, R (big double gave the Twins some breathing room early)
Michael Cuddyer: 2-for-4, 2B, 2 R (no run production, but he was a table setter in the middle of the order)
Luke Hughes: 2-for-4, 2B, R (continues to look better at the plate than Delmon Young)
