Wandy Rodriguez, anyone?

Grant Brisbee thinks he might be a steal. I know you ordinarily would think of a trade like this happening with a contender. But with the Twins losing their entire rotation next year, and Wandy's contract only 50% more than Pavano's, could he be the anchor of rebuild? Or is it too soon to be adding veterans? Given that he only has 2 1/2 years left on his contract, he'd require a much smaller investment and risk than a pitcher of similar talent on the free agent market. What do you think?
