This is Blackie's second start since being activated from the DL. In his last start, Blackburn pulled a classic Radke by giving up a two-run homerun in the first before going on to pitch four more shutout innings for the win. I hear the Phillies offense has been pretty terrible so hopefully this goes well today (but again, we wouldn't mind a Thome tater).
Mr. Kendrick allowed five runs on four hits and five walks in 5 2/3 innings in his last start against the Dodgers. Sounds a little all over the place, so don't expect Joe Mauer to both swinging much,
