Game 57: Twins vs. Cubs, Chapter 2 of Taking Back Target Field

First Pitch: 1:10 pm CST
TV: FSN
Radio: 1500 ESPN
Know Thine Enemy: Bleed Cubbie Blue

That was some game last night, huh? The win probability chart (quite literally, a chart that shows each team's probability of winning the game after every single play) is pretty fun to look at, as it almost contains shades of Game 163 from a couple years ago. Plus, socking it to the 40% Cubbie crowd in Target Field felt amazing.

The Twins send Scott Diamond to the hill, their best starter thus far this year. Facing him will be Jeff "My nickname would be Scrabble if it wasn't for effin' Marc Rzepczynski" Samardzija, who has been the Cubs' second best starter in 2012. I think the baseball gods are going to play a cruel joke on someone and will decide that either Diamond or Samardzija will get absolutely rocked in this game.

I will be working today's game, so I apologize that I won't be able to get lineups posted today. I can, however, restate the starting pitchers for those with goldfish memories.

Cubs

SP Jeff Samardzija

Twins

SP Scott Diamond

PS: T.C. Bear was a cub in his youth. The Twins are playing the Cubs right now. Think T.C. has a conflict of interest over this weekend? #SortaDeepThoughts
