Scott Diamond takes the the mound tonight at Target Field against the Orioles. He looks to continue his great season by running right through the O's. Diamond has kept his numbers shining by doing exactly what the Twins want. Throwing strikes, and getting ground balls. In his 79 innings this year, Diamond has thrown 1136 pitches, averaging just over 14 an inning. 59% of his balls put into play have been wormburners. He should be able to continue that trend, as 45% of Baltimore's balls put into play have been on the ground.

Chris Tillman

#30 / Pitcher / Baltimore Orioles

This will be Chris Tillman's second start of the year, and his last start was a doozy. 8.1 innings of scorless baseball with 7 strikeouts and 2 walks. He worked almost exclusively on the left side of the plate in that start, so Tillman may try to continue that trend and attempt to jam Joe Mauer and other lefties in. Lineups after the jump.
