Game 130: Seattle Mariners at Minnesota Twins

First Pitch: 7:10 pm CST
TV: FSN
Radio: 1500 ESPN
Know Thine Enemy: Lookout Landing
Are the Twins Still Pretty Bad?: Yep
The Twins take on the Mariners in game 3 of a 4 game series at Target Field tonight. Of their last 10 games, the Twins have won just two. That's pretty bad, and thankfully September is on its way so we can at least have the pleasure of seeing what some of the minor leaguers have to offer...

Notes
-The Mariners are 7-1 against the Twins this year. Probably a sign of how bad the Twins are, not necessarily how good the Twins are, but who knows. Seattle had a nice winning streak over the past couple of weeks, and it's undeniable to say that they're much better than the Twins right now--but then again, most teams are.
-Denard Span and His Injured Shoulder are still day-to-day, per Terry Ryan. He's apparently available if needed, but will sit out his 12th game tonight since hurting his shoulder on August 12.
-Deduno's last start against the Mariners, on August 19th, was a two run, six hit, and six walk (!!!) effort. Deduno went six innings.

Go Twins!
