Friday's Game Postponed Due to Rain, Double-Header Scheduled for Sunday

Well, so much for that. SpoilerTour2K12, or at least the Friday night edition, has been put on the shelf for a couple of days. Tomorrow's game will still be on FOX, as far as I know, and then on Sunday we'll play two. The Twins will just shift Samuel Deduno to tomorrow's game, while Scott Diamond and P.J. Walters will each take the hill for games two and three of the series.

The Tigers, meanwhile, will stay with Doug Fister, who was Saturday's scheduled starter. Drew Smyly, already starting on Sunday for Max Scherzer, will start one of the Sunday contests. The second starter is currently to be announced, but it would be a surprise if Fister didn't turn out to be the other pitcher. While giving your starters a couple of days where possible has merit down the stretch, the Tigers need to win every game they can.
