The Twins take on the Marlins today at noon 1:10 CDT in the first game of today's double header.
Here are your starting pitchers:
Twins
With three quality starts already, Kevin Correia looks to continue giving all the Twins fans who doubted him two giant middle fingers as he faces one of the worst lineups in baseball. Correia had a season-high five strikeouts in his last start, which was over a week ago.
Marlins
Spry and young, at age 20, Jose Fernandez makes his fourth big league start tonight against the Twins. Jose did well in his first two outings, but was roughed up in his last outing against the Cincinnati Reds, giving up five earned runs over 4 innings. Jose, a native of Cuba, is the only person really excited about the weather, because he has never seen snow before in his entire life. "I want to see it coming down," He told reporters before the storm yesterday. "My mom was, like, 'Send me pictures! Send me pictures!'"
