As reported by multiple outlets, the Twins inability to have nice things continued on Friday, with Sunday's scheduled starting pitcher Cole De Vries heading to the disabled list with a hurty right forearm. You had to figure that, with three halfway-decent starts to begin the season, something bad was bound to happen. Liam Hendriks was probably trampled by a rogue elephant as I typed this up.
Per Phil Miller's Strib blog, there is no replacement starter at this time, but Sunday's scheduled starter for Rochester is Pedro Hernandez. (UPDATE: Twins PR fellow Dustin Morse confirms it's Hernandez.)
