In his last start, Vance Worley seemed to finally be turning a bit of a corner, as he actually lasted 6 innings and gave up just one unearned run on six hits and three walks. His previous starts had been rather touch-and-go, as he'd be unable to last more than 3 or 4 innings or gave up a ton of hits. The Twins look to him today to avoid the sweep, while the Braves are putting Paul Maholm on the mound to go for the sweep. Maholm's last start was much like Worley's: 8 hits over six innings, but he continued to get run support from his offense and managed to pick up the win.
