In a sign of just how much rain the eastern seaboard is getting, Friday's Twins-Nationals game was canceled seven hours before the first pitch. The game will be made up as part of a day/night doubleheader on Sunday. Per the PiPress's Mike Berardino, the rotation will not change, so it's still Kevin Correia, Scott Diamond and Sad Sam Deduno this weekend.
Of course, the swath of rain is pretty swath-y, so stay tuned for the status of Saturday's tilt.
If you need baseball-related entertainment, I think I've mentioned that Jesse, Jon and I did a podcast last night, haven't I? Give it a listen if you like profane discussions of your Minnesota Twins and other sporting enterprises.
