After last night's rough loss to the Kansas City Royals in Game 1 of the 3-game weekday series, the Twins tonight will look to veteran pitcher Kevin Correia to stop the Royals' pretty brutal win streak of 8 games in a row over Minnesota. Correia will be facing one of KC's top starters in Jeremy Guthrie, who has won 3 of his past 4 starts and held the Orioles to just one run in six innings in his last outing in Baltimore. On the other side, Kevin Correia has had a rather difficult time in the month of July, going 1-2 and lasting just 1 2/3 innings in his last outing against Seattle on Thursday. He gave up six earned runs in less than 2 innings, and lost his past start to the Royals on June 30, when he gave up 5 runs in 6 innings.
