Sorry about the gamethread today guys. I got busy watching the new Miley Cyrus video and kind of dozed off... Thank you, Myjah, who saved my skin for what seems for like the 8th time this year. Back to baseball, for the second time in the last three weeks, the Twins "planned" off-day was erased because of inclement weather from earlier this season. After Pedro Hernandez coughed up the 1-0 lead, the Twins came ROARING back with some clutch hitting in the 5th. After Wilson Ramons, or, Josmil Pinto? Yeah, Pinto, he'd lead things off with a walk, Doughnut would come up with a double down the line, putting runners at 2nd and 3rd for Plouffe. Plouffe came through with an RBI double scoring both Pinto and Doughnut tying it up at 3 a piece. The Ramos imposter is maybe better than Ramos. All three of Pinto's hits today were doubles. With Dozier 90 feet away in the 7th, Plouffe delivered again, hitting the go-ahead sacrifice-fly making it a 4-3 lead for the Twins. Collabello would then walk, loading the bases for a pinch hitter in Darin Mastroianni who would stike out for out number two. Florimon would then work an infamous Pedro Florimon-Twins-Way bases loaded walk to score another one making it 5-3. Twins would get one more in the 8th for insurance for Perkins, and despite putting the tying run to the plate, Perk worked out of it and picked up his 33rd save of the year.
