"I have taped and indexed every episode of Mama's Family and placed the video cassettes in this attractive carrying case, Abigail. Do not TELL ME that the VCR is broken and that it's a dead technology. Art will find a way, you simple fool."

Still not much going on. But you knew that already.

  • The Twins have officially released Andrew Albers, their 2013 Minor League Pitcher of the Year, so he can ply his craft in Korea. We wish him well. The unconditional nature of the release also means the 40-man roster has 39 players on it. WHO WILL BE THE 40TH.
  • The Royals have retained Bruce Chen. So, the Twins can expect to get Bruce Chen'd 2-3 times again in 2014. It's good to have things to rely on in this unreliable world.
  • Korean pitcher Suk-min Yoon, who has been linked to the Twins, Giants and Red Sox, will make a decision in the next ten days, per the Boston Globe's Nick Cafardo.
  • Your Bronson Arroyo Update: when he said there wasn't an offer for him to sign, that may not have been entirely a factual statement, per Chris Cotillo. So, there's your Bronson Arroyo update.
