Yesterday, we heard that the Twins could hire Eddie Guardado as their bullpen coach. News also came through that Bert Blyleven could be approached for the pitching coach job. While those roles are still up in the air, it sounds like the vacancy or the third base coach has been filled.
The Minnesota #Twins have hired experienced baseball man Gene Glynn as their third base coach to be on Paul Molitor's staff.

Glynn has been Rochester's coach for three years, leading them to a 72-72 record in 2012, and then 77-67 records in 2013 and 2014. Prior to managing Minnesota's Triple-A club, he was a scout for the Rays going back to 2007.
Welcome to Minnesota, Gene. Your job will probably be filled by Doug Mientkiewicz
