So how 'bout them Twins?
Heavers:
Bruce Chen Oh, Bruce Chen. Slop-throwing, unbeatable-if-you're-a-Twin Bruce Chen. Chen gave up just one earned run in 6 1/3 innings against the White Sox in his first start of 2014. Per MLB.com's Dick Kaegel, Jason Kubel is a lifetime .429 hitter against Chen, while Joe Mauer is a mere .208.
Kyle Gibson As the only starting pitcher who's been adequate in April, Gibson is tasked with going out and stopping the Twins' early season skid in its tracks. Of course, he still only pitched five innings in that start, but the one run and three hits allowed were especially noteworthy, given the carnage around him.
