Pre-Game Notes

• The Twins have announced that Tommy Milone will be skipped the next time through the rotation. Allegedly he's suffering from "minor fatigue" in his shoulder, which just sounds like "hey you've been pretty bad since coming over, so let's just not have you pitch." September call up Logan Darnell will probably get the nod.
• The young kids that you want to see in the lineup? They're all out there tonight.
• Gardy seems to be happy with the progress Pinto has made behind the plate. I think we all need to see what happens this month, first.
• No member of the Twins has ever faced Matt Shoemaker.
• On the other hand, the Angels roster currently has 83 career at-bats versus Ricky Nolasco. They've hit .410 off of him and have slugged .687. So, look out.
