Looks like Eddie was getting jealous of all the roster moves and decided to make a little move himself.

Eduardo Escobar was removed from the Twins-White Sox game in the third inning last night with a strained left groin, and is now officially headed to the disabled list. It was a bad night for Eduardo, to say the least, as he had already made an error that cost the Twins two runs in the first inning.

The Twins recalled Jorge Polanco, who's been racking up some serious frequent flier miles so far this season. All the back and fourth travel means Jorge has only played in 13 games at AAA this year, and is hitting .283 (13-for-46) while doing so.

Paul Molitor is likely to give many of the starts at shortstop to Eduardo Nunez, who's been en fuego this year, with a .371/.416/.514 slash line. Jorge will fill in when the Twins are out of Eduardos.
