AAA: Indianapolis Indians 2, Rochester Red Wings 0

Red Wings 1B James Beresford, ever the hero, broke up a no-hitter big against the Wings in the 9th inning. Unsurprisingly, the Wings still lost the game.

Despite the final outcome, Red Wings SP Logan Darnell had another strong outing, giving up only one earned run on two hits over 5 innings pitched. Darnell had three strikeouts as well.

Interesting to note: CF Eddie Rosario went 0-for-4, LF Adam Brett Walker went 0-for-3, and RF Buck Britton went 0-for-3, in case you were wondering about the other outfield call-up possibilities the Twins had in face of Sano's hamstring pull.

AA: Chattanooga Lookouts 7, Birmingham Barons 4

RF Daniel Palka is LIT! He went 2-for-3 with two home runs last night, and also had three RBI and one walk.

Lookouts starter Nick Greenwood when 7 innings with only two earned runs on four hits. He also had four strikeouts.

High A: Postponed

The Ft. Myers Miracle's game vs the St. Luice Mets was postponed due to rain. (Side note: It rains in Florida? Who knew.)

Low A: Cedar Rapids Kernels 8, Beloit Snappers 2

Kernels got a good start from SP Fernando Romero, who pitched six innings with only two earned runs on four hits.

Batting wise, C A.J. Murray and CF Daniel Kihle stood out for the Kernels. Murray went 3-for-5 with two RBI and one run scored, while Kihle went 2-for-4 with one walk and one run scored.
