AAA: Rochester Red Wings 6, Norfolk Tides 2
1B Byung Ho Park hit his first AAA PARK BANG and 3B Tommy Field added his own, ah, Field Bang as the Red Wings held back the Tides 6-2.

Red Wings SP Pat Dean finally had a solid start, giving up only two earned runs over 5 innings while striking out seven and walking no one. RP J.T. Chargois also pitched two scoreless innings.
AA: Chattanooga Lookouts 3, Mobile BayBears 2
The Lookouts made a late comeback, scoring the tying run in the 7th inning and the go-ahead run in the 8th to just edge the BayBears 3-2. SP David Hurlbut allowed the only two runs for the BayBears in the 1st and 2nd innings, but settled down and went on to pitch 6 innings. He starstruck six and walked only one batter.
The winning run was scored on a 1B D.J. Hicks bases-loaded walk, which is always fun.
3B Leonardo Reginatto had a strong day at the plate, going 3-for-4 with a double, one RBI, and one run scored.
High A: Tampa Yankees 13, Ft. Myers Miracle 6
The Miracle were looking good, scoring three runs in the top of the 1st inning (partially thanks to an error and hit-by-pitch), but that didn’t last long. The Yankees roughed up SP Randy Rosario and SS Nick Gordon air-mailed a throw in the bottom of the inning and just like that the Miracle were down 4-3, and they trailed the rest of the game.
Rosario made it to the 4th inning, but gave up four consecutive hits and couldn’t get an out before being yanked (see what I did there?). The bullpen didn’t do much better, however, and the Yankees ended up scoring six runs.
Despite his brutal 1st inning error, Gordon had a good day at the plate for the Miracle, going 3-for-4 with a walk and three runs scored. CF LaMonte Wade went 2-for-3 with 3 RBI.
Low A: Cedar Rapids Kernels 8, Lake County Captains 1
SP Lachlan Wells had a great outing, pitching a career-high 6 innings with eight strikeouts, and RF Jaylin “Daniel Palka” Davis hit another home run as the Kernels steamrolled Lake County. 1B Zander Wiel also had a dinger in the affair, and 2B Luis Arraez went 3-for-5 with a double, an RBI, and a run scored.
Rookie: Danville Braves 4, Elizabethton Twins 2
The Twins were just edged in this pitching dual of sorts, which saw both starters go 5 inngs. Unfortunately, Twins SP Domenick Carlini gave up three earned runs while Braves SP Jhon Martinez only gave up two, so the Twins lost.
The Twins also allowed an unearned run thanks to a fielding error by 3B Travis Blankenhorn. Carlini also had an error throwing the ball away in a pick-off attempt.
