This is a rematch of the Wright vs Duffey game last June, where the Sawx won 8-1. Yeah, it pretty much sucked. Let's get some revenge.

Steven Wright (RHP, 11-5, 2.78 ERA) as you may recall, is the BoSawx knuckleballer, he's got a shot at this years AL CYA. Last time out, Wright held the Twins batters to one unearned run off of seven hits, and two walks in 7.1 innings while striking out six. He's 3-0 in his last three starts, but has a 6.35 ERA in them. Wicked decent: Kurt Suzuki has 4 hits in 6 AB, Robbie Grossman has learned when to and when not to swing at wobbly pitches with 3 walks and 2 hits in 7 PA. Pissa: Byron Buxton is 0-fer 3 with 2 strikeouts.

Tyler Duffey "The Vampire Slayer" (RHP, 5-6, 5.23 ERA) gave up six ER in the 5th and 6th innings in that game against the Chowdaheads. Since then, he has gone at least six innings in his last four games with a 3.10 ERA, including flirting with a perfect game against the hated yanquis. Duffey has a knuckleball of his own, which isn't a knuckleball so much but really a curveball thrown with a bent knuckle, so it's a "knuckle curve." If I were him, I'd just call it, "The Duff." Bogies at 6 o'clock: Xander Bogaerts is 3-for-3 versus Duffey with 1 HR and 3 RBI. HanRam blammed three slams yesterday against the Giants. Don't bet on it: Mookie Betts is 0-3 with 1 strikeout.

I was going to write a little blurb about the Fenway Frank, but it sounds like a slightly garlicky, boiled wiener on a white bread bun as opposed to a regular hotdog bun. Then I found out about something seems more Bostonish, the Lobster Roll. It's chopped up bits of lobsters, minus the shell part, mixed with butter, mayo and some other ingredients and stuffed into the same white bread bun, toasted. If I'm ever at Fenway, I'll definitely try one, but I suspect I might still prefer a nice walleye fillet.

It wasn't a rock roll, it was a rock lobster roll!
