The Twins look to continue building off a successful July.

The Twins have been knocking around the Indians quite a bit in this series and hopefully can do more of the same. Byron Buxton is still out with his bone bruise, so Eddie Rosario gets center field. It's a little interesting that Danny Santana isn't out there, but I suppose Paul Molitor wants to continue giving Santana experience in the corner outfield positions.

Tyler Duffey takes the hill for the Twins and he was probably saved from being banished to the 'pen by the deadline moves the Twins made over the past few days. It's too bad because his fastball/curveball combo would certainly play up as a reliever, but instead the Twins are hoping that he can right the ship. Opposing him is Trevor Bauer, who started the season in the bullpen in lieu of Cody Anderson (lol) but eventually was moved back to the starting rotation and has started to excel. A big key is that he's gotten his walk rate down to an acceptable level while also significant raising his groundball percentage, so patience and some timely hits will be the key for the Twins offense tonight.
