Whole buckets, this has been quite the World Series. It’s come all the way down to this: Game 7.
As for former Twins, Francisco Lirinao made his first World Series appearance last night for the Astros, but he was only used for one out. Now that Liriano has been used, the only player on either roster to not make an appearance in the 2017 World Series is former Twin Juan Centeno. How cool would it be if Juan Centeno some how became the hero of this game for the Astros?!
In case you missed it—because this is sorta funny—during the press conference after last night’s game, Tommy Lasorda told Dodgers manager Dave Roberts, “You haven’t done shit until you win tomorrow.” Touche, Tommy.
Make sure to check out our Game 7 Drinking Game for Twins Fans, which isn’t meant to be taken seriously, but if everything on that list actually happens call me Nostradamus. At least a couple of those things are guaranteed to happen.
