Hey how 'bout that last game(s)? People are still talking about how crazy/boring/rainy it was.

Your Minnesota Twins starting pitcher today will be Jose Berrios (RHP, 1-0, 1.17 ERA). "La MaKina" had his long-awaited season debut (pronounced, "day-byoo" apparently) against the Indians last Saturday and turned in a terrific performance. He gave up one earned run on two hits and a walk in 7 2/3 innings while striking out four.

Tyler Chatwood (RHP, 3-5, 4.29 ERA) will be pitching for the Rockies today. Tyler had his worst outing of the season last week against the Dodgers giving up five runs in the 2nd inning. Tyler has had trouble with a "crooked inning" in six of his eight starts this season. He's also got a weird home/away split, doing much better outside of Coors Field. Last year he had a 6.02 ERA at home and a 1.69 ERA away. This year he's settled down a bit to a 3.98 ERA in away games. His nicknames are "Lord Chatwood" and "Feared Slugger," for some reason. I don't know, I would've gone with "Chatty Cathy" or something to do with Willie Tyler and Lester, but Colorado has more lax marijuana laws than we do, so I don't know what they were thinking.
