The Twins may have lost 5-1 with their supposed “Ace” Ervin Santana pitching in Game 1 of today’s doubleheader, but they didn’t do that again tonight. Jose Berrios was outstanding for the Twins tonight, pitching 7.2 scoreless innings with ELEVEN strikeouts. Wow!

Seriously. Berrios only have up two hits and a walk. That’s only three base-runners into the 8th inning.

I MEAN, YOU GUYS!!!!

Crap, who even scored the runs here for the Twins? I was only paying attention when Berrios was pitching and taking pee breaks while the Twins were batting. So who DID actually hit for the Twins? Let me see... HOLY JESUS JASON CASTRO WALKED THREE TIMES.

It was Robbie Grossman and Max Kepler who actually got the RBI in this game, but let’s just go with Jose Berrios. I mean, right? What a guy.
