Game 43: Minnesota Twins @ Baltimore Orioles

Bring some brooms, Twins fans! Because you're cleaning out my kitchen. It's filthy.

Wake up! It's time to check in on young Jose Berrios again. He was absolutely sick in his last game against the Rockies, so here's hoping it continues. The following is courtesy of Small Sample Size:

Obviously, we can pencil Berrios in for the Cy Young award, because he's better than Cy Young. Seriously, if he can maintain a strikeout and walk rate close to this, that would be niiiiice.

It seems like Chris Tillman has been with Baltimore forever -- only since his rookie year in 2009, at age 21. (Quite a Porcello fellow!) He's never thrown hard, relying on movement from his fastball and breaking pitches. He's always had problems with bases on balls, which fits right into the Twins' suddenly patient ways.

No home runs served up by either pitcher this year, eh? We'll see if that changes today.
