The Tigers (62-91) are in town and send Daniel Norris ( 4-7, 5.38 ERA, 1.674 WHIP) out for the start. This is his first start since July 5th after dealing with a groin injury and subsequent Minor League rehab assignment. He has been in the bullpen to work on command issues since his return.


The Twins (79-74) will start Kyle Gibson (11-10, 5.07 ERA, 1.548 WHIP) , who is 6-2 with a 3.30 ERA over his last 10 starts.

The Twins walloped the Tigers yesterday 12-1. Maybe they watched this video on how to beat Tigger with no upgrades, no power, no contact, and no speed, and can do the same again today.

Welp..the Twins are still in the playoff hunt, 2.5 games above the Angels as of today. I'm excited.. yet feel as though the world is about to end at the same time, much like this sublime Ween song and video to feast your ears and eyes upon.
