Anyway, localized rookie phenom Fernando Romero will attempt to impose his strict no-run policy upon the Angel's offense. The Twins hitters backing him up have a tall order as they need to score runs against globalized rookie phenom Shohei Ohtani.

The rewards for victory, however, are bountiful. The Twinkies find themselves just a half-game out of the AL Central lead as well as one win from being .500. Those two things don't usually mix, but we live in a brave new world of Midwestern mediocrity. Mideiocrity. Or a better pun.
