Jose Berrios (7-5, 3.66 ERA) is on the mound tonight for the Twins. He was excellent in his last start, striking out 10 in a complete game vs the White Sox.

The Tigers go with lefty Matt Boyd (4-4, 3.20ERA), who struggled the last time he faced the Twins, being pulled after four innings.

In other news, Detroit manager Ron Gardenhire was overheard today praising the #mprraccoon for it's "grit", and "go-getter" attitude. Gardy added "What a gamer. She handled that building well. It really battled it's little tail off. Baseball needs more players like that raccoon."
