After a big 10-5 victory yesterday which included a Joe Mauer grand slam, the Twins will try to do it again and take the 3-game home series.

Jake Odorizzi will start for the Twins. Like clockwork his super Odor power wore off by the 5th inning of his last start, giving up 5 runs to Houston in 4 23 innings.

He will face Yankees ace Luis Severino. The young righty has been solid all year, but is coming off his shortest start of the season giving up 6 runs in 2 23 innings against the Oakland A’s.

Note: Today is National Video Game Day. Twins pitcher Trevor May is a big video game fan, as I know many of our community members are too. Let us know in the comments what your favorite video games and experiences are in the comments if you feel so inclined.

Music: Let’s all sing some karaoke and see how many celebrities and Prince impersonators you can spot in this video from NYC band Talking Heads.
