This game was amazing. No joke: walk-off Willians Astudillo home run.
I would try to describe it with words, since that is what I’m “paid” to do, but this cannot be described adequately in words. Behold:

How am I even supposed to write a recap of that?
Fine, fine, if you want one: Chase de Jong started the game on the mound for the Twins. If you don’t know who “Chase de Jong” is, join the club. He’s actually the pitcher the Twins got from the Mariners in the Zach Duke trade. Pretty good guy!
De Jong actually lasted 4.0 innings, and didn’t give up any runs. Zach Littell came in after de Jong and pitched 3.1 innings but gave up a one-run home run to Adalberto Mondesi. Ehire Adrianza knocked in a run in the second inning, so it was tied 1-1.
Tied 1-1 until Willians Astudillo came to the plate.
What a precious boy. What a precious boy. He is the best.
