A two-game series sweep doesn’t feel like a true series sweep, but the rules say otherwise. So, here’s hoping that we’re going sweeping on Wednesday night!

The Twins will trot out Jake Odorizzi, who was fantastic against Cleveland in his first start of the year (6 IP, H, ER, 2 BB, 11 K) and horrendous in Philly last weekend (2/3 IP, 2 H, 4 ER, 3 BB, 1 K). Here’s hoping for more of the first outing than the second.

The Mets will try and split the series by following up the usually fantastic Jacob deGrom with the also fantastic Noah Syndergaard. Syndergaard has pitched six innings in each of his two outings, which both came against Washington. He gave up four earned runs to the Nationals back on March 30 and just one on April 4.
