• Eno Sarris tried to find the team that is playing the most modern baseball. The Twins rank far higher than anyone would have guessed at this time last year (The Athletic $$$)
• Due to the MLB’s goofy policy, the Twins were at a disadvantage Monday night. If a replay system breaks pre-game, neither team gets to use it. If it goes down mid-game, as happened to the the Twins, the other team gets to keep using it.
• While Byron Buxton’s stolen base streak came to an end, he still has the green light to run
• Baseball America noted the performance of one Twin in their three-up three-down series.

• Peter Bourjos is back in the news like its 2011, This time playing at second base

• The MLB made Twitter news this spring by changing its logo to feature Mike Trout for a day. Less noticed, but they actually did change the official logo afterall.
• Its been twenty years since Fernando Tatis hit two Grand Slams in one inning. Maybe someday his son will do it? Seems unlikely, but not impossible.
• The mothership looks into the MLB’s suspension of the White Sox Tim Anderson for using racially charged language, and suggest the MLB made a mistake.
