In four games this season, the Twins have put the hurt on the Baltimore Orioles, crushing a surplus of homers and stealing momentum in the first inning.
That trend has a strong chance of continuing today, as the O’s will trot out starter Dan Straily, he of the 8.59 ERA and whopping 4.3 HR/9 in four appearances for Baltimore this season.
Minnesota’s starter, Jose Berrios, was a little homer-happy himself last weekend at Camden Yards. The wind was sending pretty much everything out that day, so there shouldn’t be much cause for concern.
It’s cold and gloomy, but no rain in the forecast, so we should have a full game of baseball to enjoy at Target Field.
GO TWINS GO!
