Michael Pineda looks to pick up from his last start (his first quality start of the year) and keep rollin’, rollin’, rollin (What?) rollin’, rollin, rollin. (Yeah) Edwin Encarnacion (who is apparently a Mariner now) is the only Mariner with a meaningful sample size against Pineda, it the matchup has definitely gone in Encarnacion’s favor. That’ll happen though.

He is opposed by righty rookie Erik Swanson. Erik, the apparent son of a swan (Zeus perhaps?) has never faced any of the Twins batters so I’ve got nothing meaningful here to tell you. Dude throws baseballs, I guess.

Hey look its Miguel Sano in an MLB baseball game!

Today's Lineups

Max Kepler - RF Dee Gordon - 2B
Jorge Polanco - SS Mitch Haniger - RF
Jonathan Schoop - 2B Edwin Encarnacion - 1B

I used to absolutely despise playing in the west coast because of these late starts. Now that I don’t have to work the latter half of the week outside of writing for you dorks, I find myself kinda excited for a late night of baseball.

Here’s a poll because I like making polls!
