Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Twins fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.

This week for FanPulse, we took advantage of the opportunity to ask Twins fans about their confidence in the pitching staff. As you may have inferred from the title of the post, 60% of the folks who replied to the survey said they were confident in the Twins pitching staff. 40% are not confident, however.

The question was asked before the gems thrown by Martin Perez and Jose Berrios the last two days. Does that change your position? The Twins sure seem to be on to something so far this season.

As always, we also asked about the confidence in the team. Twins fans are still a confident bunch—98% of pollees are confident in the team. No other fan base was more confident, and only the Houston Astros saw that 98% number. The Twins took three-of-four from those Astros this week, so maybe our faith is being rewarded.

Rocco Baldelli has also inspired confidence, as every single respondent said they approve of the job he is doing as manager. That’s right, he’s back to 100% approval after dipping for a couple weeks. Winning tends to do that though. Lets see how it looks after this weekend’s series at Yankee Stadium, which will be a real test for the Twins.
