As announced by Dustin Morse, Twins Director of All Things Under the Sun Communications and Player Relations, the team has shuffled the back of their 40-man roster:
The @Twins have reinstated INF Ronald Torreyes from the restricted list and assigned him to Single-A Ft. Myers.

To make room on the 40-man roster the #MNTwins have designated LHP Gabriel Moya for release or assignment.
Despite Minnesota’s bullpen shuffle, the team has elected to move on from Moya. After a pair of rehab appearances in AA-Pensacola, Moya spent the next two months in AAA-Rochester, in 19 appearances posting a 7.36 ERA and 2.08 K/BB ratio (27 whiffs to 13 walks). In parts of the ‘17 and ‘18 seasons playing with the big club, Moya recorded a 4.64 ERA and served as an opener towards the end of last year.
Torreyes also started 2019 in Rochester, but has been demoted two levels after posting a .439 OPS (.172 OBP, .267 SLG) in 22 games at AAA. He does hold major league experience, having spent significant portions of the last three seasons as a reserve for the New York team we loathe more than the other New York team, posting a .682 OPS over 221 games.
