Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Twins fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.

As MLB fans worldwide are well aware, the offense of many teams have been on fire throughout the whole season. Heck, that’s why the Twins earned the nickname “Bomba Squad” and have broken so many home run records this year. They’re one of four teams that have hopped up to the 200-homers plateau so far in 2019 with about a quarter of the season remaining.

Those who participate in the weekly SB Nation FanPulse polls were asked this week if they believe that Major League Baseball intentionally juiced the ball this season. 68% of those that answered believe that MLB intentionally juiced the ball for this season.

Those who are polled as Minnesota Twins fans have had their voice heard regarding their approval of manager Rocco Baldelli. This week, following the less-than-ideal series with the Atlanta Braves and the Cleveland baseball club, only 87% of Bomba Squad fans approve of the skipper and his actions. I say “only” as this is only the second time that Baldelli’s approval rating dropped below 90% all season. The last time this happened was after the Twins were swept in a two-game series by the New York Mets and split a series with the Oakland Athletics.

After last week’s games, confidence from Twins fans in their favorite team took a very steep plunge. 64% of fans have confidence in Minnesota, which is the lowest all season. The last dip it took below 90% again was following the week where the Twins tangled with the Mets and Athletics on the road.

It’ll be interesting to see how the responses change after (hopefully) a positive week of Twins baseball.
