Who is your favorite Twins broadcaster?

Maybe you enjoy the quirkiness of Bert Blyleven, the straightforward Jack Morris, the insider perspective of Justin Morneau, or the simple Minnesotan-ess of Dick Bremer.

Maybe you’re a fan of Dazzle Dan Gladden and Cory Provus on the radio, or will always be a fan of the legendary Herb Carneal.

My preference? I am a big fan of Dick Bremer, with his rumbling voice and Minnesota charm. He is straightforward without being dry, and is always enjoyable in the broadcast booth. For his partner, I love listening to Justin Morneau in the booth with Bremer. Morneau’s perspective is endlessly interesting to me, on top of the fact that I grew up watching him play. Furthermore, the big Canadian does have a charm that is almost Minnesotan.

I am too young to have remembered Herb Carneal’s radio days, or any of the other legends of yore, but I’m sure that many of you would put him in your dream booth.

What’s your opinion? Who’s on the call for you?
