Did we really deserve this?

So, the ALCS is the Astros versus the Red Sox. What…Satan versus the Yankees would’ve been a step too far?

How are we supposed to get into this? When it’s not good versus evil, but evil versus evil, what good can possibly come of it? I mean the Red Sox aren’t the Astros….but wait…they kind of are. Alex Cora is at the center of the cheating scandal in Houston and he takes a year off from managing the Red Sox, only to be back in the ALCS a year later, against the very team at the center of it all.

It’s not like most of us really needed another example of how there seems to be no justice in the world, but if we did, we are certainly getting it in this series. Maybe most of you have forgiven or even forgotten, and that’s noble of you, but not me, not yet. I’ll be rooting for the National League in this World Series.
