ATL leads 1-0

As is customary, the Houston Astros lose a World Series game at home.

As is also customary, apparently, Eddie Rosario went off in the postseason with another two hits last night. He is hitting .379/.423/.682 in his postseason career, which comprises 71 plate appearances over four series in as many years (counting Wild Card games/rounds.) Most of that has come this season — he’s hitting .465 with an OPS over 1.200 in this playoffs alone — but he’s had key extra-base hits and solid single-game performances in previous postseasons, too.

He’s leading off tonight, and I’m probably most invested in him out of any of the 52 players actively rostered. I mean, come on! It’s Eddie! Love him or hate him, you gotta love him.

Max Fried vs. Jose Urquidy. Enjoy the game!
